For standard orders, we guarantee your order to be delivered to you in 2-5 days from the date of your order depends on the region and locations. We only ship through DTDC couriers, thereby providing you the apparels on time and in good condition. If you feel that your product/package is damaged, please don’t take the delivery of the product. Immediately, call us or mail us your complaint with your order number (within 24 hours), we will help you at the earliest.

We are committed to delivering quality apparel with designs that look like what you selected from svalafashions.com or custom design communicated via message. 

1. If any returns due to manufacture defects, then user can fill out the return form from the website and we will verify with your filled information with the product and will connect with you directly for the reason and will provide you the new shipment after verifying the order and  will arrange a replacement within 1-3 days.
2. Make sure the product isn't used or damaged.
3. Product must be returned in its original packaging and invoice bill. Before returning the product, customer has to contact Sanshesai Enterprises via mail : sandeeppoduval@svalafashions.com for the return address. Once Sanshesai Enterprises receives the returned product then we can re-ship in 1-2 days or return back the amount based on the payment made on svalafashions.com.  It will take min 7 working days to credit back to your account.

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.

1. Order Cancellation After Shipping:
• If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return the product(s) once they have been delivered, subject to our Returns Policy and Limited Warranty policy above.

2. Refund Process:
• If your order is canceled within the allowable timeframe, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
